Pecan Brownies

The only way to make classic brownies even better is to add the delicious crunch of pecans! With this recipe, treat yourself to decadent nutty brownies that are perfect for a cozy night in or any celebration.

Ingredients

  • 8 Tbsp butter
  • 2 Tbsp oil
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ½ cup flour
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 6 Tbsp SACO Premium Cocoa
  • ¾ cup pecans chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Grease 8-inch pan.
  • Cream butter, oil and sugar.
  • Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
  • Add vanilla.
  • In a separate bowl whisk flour, salt and Saco Premium Baking Cocoa.
  • Add to butter mixture and mix well.
  • Add nuts.
  • Spread in prepared pan and bake for 30 minutes.
