Buttermilk Popsicles
These Buttermilk Popsicles are tangy, refreshing, and just the right amount of sweet. A splash of lemon and swirl of fresh raspberries give them a creamy, bright twist that’s perfect for warm days.

Ingredients
- 6 tbsp SACO Cultured Buttermilk Blend
- 1 ½ cups water
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 tbsp honey
- 1 cup raspberries pureed
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together buttermilk powder, lemon juice, honey, and water. Pour into 8 popsicle molds.
- Pour into 8 popsicle molds.
- Divide pureed raspberries evenly between the 8 molds. Use a knife to stir raspberries into the buttermilk mixture.
- Cover molds with popsicle sticks and freeze for 2 hours. Enjoy!
