- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- ⅓ cup SACO Premium Cocoa
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ cup butter melted
- 2 eggs large
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup hot water

Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a 12 cupcake pan with paper liners. Spray the paper with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, mix the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking soda, and salt together. Then, add butter, eggs, and vanilla extract and beat on medium for one minute. Add half the water and beat again for about 30 seconds. Then add the remaining water and beat for 30 seconds or until the batter is smooth.
Pour the batter into your cups and bake for 18-22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Take out the pan and make sure to let cool before removing the cupcakes, frosting, or filling.
