- ½ SACO Premium Cocoa
- 1 ¼ sugar
- 2 tbsp flour
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ¾ cup water
- ¾ cup chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp brewed coffee
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 large eggs
- 1 large egg white

Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare 4 ramekins.
Combine cocoa powder, flour, salt, and half of the sugar in a saucepan. Add in the water and bring to a boil.
Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips, coffee, and vanilla. Transfer to a large bowl.
In a stand mixer, beat eggs and egg white until thick. Gradually add the remaining half of sugar and continue beating.
Fold thickened egg mixture into the chocolate mixture.
Pour into ramekins and bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
