- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 1 15 oz can pumpkin puree
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp pumpkin spice
- 1 cup water
- 4 tbsp Saco Pantry Buttermilk Blend
- 2 tbsp flour

Bake pie crust according to the directions and set aside in a pie tin.
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
In a large bowl whisk together pumpkin puree, butter, eggs, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and pumpkin spice until combined. Mix together the water and Saco Pantry Buttermilk blend. Add the buttermilk and flour, whisk until combined.
Pour mixture into the pie crust and place on a baking sheet, bake for 50 minutes.
Let cool and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
Serve and top with whipped cream!
